Three Extra Weekly Flights to Iceland from Dublin

Icelandair is increasing flights from Dublin to Reykjavik (KEF) from daily to 10 flights a week from Thursday, May 16, 2019

Currently flights operate daily departing from KEF at 07.40 landing in Dublin at 11.00 and departing from Dublin at 11.45 landing in KEF at 13.05.

The three new flights will operate on a Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday – departing Reykjavik at 10.30 arriving into Dublin at 13.50 and then departing DUB at 14.40 arriving into KEF at 16.00.

Andrés Jónsson Icelandair Director for UK, Ireland and Continental Europe said: “Our Dublin route has been operating for nearly a year now and our Icelandair service is proving to be very well received, as such we are delighted to be able to increase frequencies on this route.”

The new flights will run until September 7, 2019 when they will reduce back to a daily frequency.

Icelandair’s geographic position on the shortest flight path between Europe and North America means it offers some of the quickest transatlantic routes.
From Ireland, Icelandair flies from Dublin via Iceland to 21 gateways in North America including Anchorage, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Edmonton, Halifax, Kansas city, Minneapolis, Montreal, New York (JFK & Newark), Orlando, Philadelphia, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, Toronto, Vancouver and Washington DC.
