The Harbor Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, Saint Lucia is revamping its food and beverage offering with the launch of a brand-new all-inclusive dining plan. Available for agents to sell to clients and book now, this premium proposition will allow guests to taste test the property’s world class dining outlets, enjoying a fusion of cuisines from across the globe.
This new all-inclusive offering covers five of the Harbor Club’s renowned restaurants and permits guests to choose from all menu items. Premium drinks, including top shelf alcohol brands, are also included. Guests booking the all-inclusive plan will be able to freely visit the following restaurants:
Julia’s – Elevated Comfort Cuisine (Open daily, 7am-9pm)
Offering an elevated local food experience with authentic Caribbean flavours, Julia’s serves up the best Saint Lucia has to offer with its culturally inspired menu. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, guests can opt for the air-conditioned indoor restaurant or a more relaxed outdoor setting that overlooks the pools and marina.
14° North – Asian-Caribbean Fusion Cuisine (Open Tuesdays to Saturdays, 6pm-9pm)
Located on the sixth floor and overlooking the beautiful marina, this is The Harbor Club’s newest and hottest restaurant. Its Asian-Caribbean fusion menu blends the rich flavours of both cultures to awaken the senses with local heritage dishes that are expertly infused with Asian spice blends.
Dockside Pizza – Handmade and Expertly Prepared (Open daily, 11am-9pm)
Aromas of freshly baked crust, which is prepared in a stone coal fire pizza oven, flood the poolside area as this perfect lunch stop offers guests handmade and expertly prepared Italian cuisine.
Market Street Sushi – Sushi Made to Order (Open Tuesday-Saturday, 2pm-9pm)
In Saint Lucia Chef Ricardo is renowned for his fresh ingredients and delicious made-to-order sushi rolls. Experience unique flavour and produce combinations at this elegant, market-style restaurant that overlooks the bay.
Harbor Bar – Relax and Unwind (Open daily, 5pm-10pm)
This casually luxurious open space has been designed for relaxation and social interaction. Enjoy comfortable seating and televisions with premium liquor cocktails prepared by expert mixologists.

The Harbor Club’s brand-new all-inclusive supplement is available to add to any booking at a rate of $125 USD (£93 GBP*) per adult, per night (applies to all aged 12+) and $60 USD (£45 GBP*) per child, per night (aged 11 years and under). On arrival, guests who have opted for the all-inclusive plan will be issued with a black VIP wrist band that allows them to access all its benefits throughout their stay.
The Harbor Club’s bakery establishment, 7th Heaven, is not offered as part of this new all-inclusive dining plan and will continue to operate as an independent entity.
