Thailand Remove Testing For Fully-Vaxxed

From May 1, Thailand will remove testing for fully-vaccinated international arrivals

From May 1, Thailand will remove testing for fully-vaccinated international arrivals.

Fully-vaccinated international travellers heading to Thailand will no longer have to complete a pre-departure test or a test upon arrival.

However,  fully-vaccinated travellers must register for a Thailand Pass, as well as  provide proof of full vaccination and travel insurance.

Testing requirements are also set to ease for unvaccinated travellers, who will no longer be required to complete an on-arrival test in Thailand.

Upon arrival in country, unvaccinated travellers will still be required to partake in a five-day quarantine period and complete a PCR test on the 5th day of their stay.

Unvaccinated travellers must register for a Thailand Pass and provide proof of a five-day hotel booking along with their travel insurance.

However, unvaccinated travellers can avoid this quarantine period if proof of a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours of travel to Thailand is provided.
