Thailand and Singapore Added to List of Quarantine-Free Destinations

Thailand and Singapore have been added to the UK's list of quarantine-free travel destinations

Thailand and Singapore have been added to the UK’s list of quarantine-free travel destinations, however Slovenia and Guadeloupe have been removed – meaning that anyone entering the UK after 4am on Saturday from either country will have to isolate at home for 14 days weeks.

Even though Thailand has now been deemed safe to travel by the UK government, at present only certain categories of foreign nationals are permitted to enter or transit the country and those that are eligible to enter will be subject to a 14-day state quarantine at a Thai government-designated facility at their own expense.

Short-term visitors are currently uable to enter Singapore, while long-term pass holders and dependants need approval before entering. Those who are granted permission to enter Singapore will be issued with a 14-day Stay at Home Notice (SHN).
