Running until Thursday, February 7, FRAME, kicked off the events schedule with three classes specially curated to provide a pre-flight routine to make passenger journeys as relaxing as possible, helping also to fend against health issues associated with flying such as Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and anxiety.
The innovative classes are the first of their kind to be launched within the departures lounge at the airport, making yoga accessible to everyone from passengers to staff.
The classes drew inspiration from low-impact classes including pre-flight flow yoga and FRAME pre-flight fascia release, with the aim of improving circulation and stimulating the stretch reflex in your muscles ahead of your journey.
Classes will take place at 11am, 2pm & 4pm each day, with one to one sessions and advice available in between from the instructors.
