Spring Into Wellness With Glenapp Castle

The Woodland Wellness Retreat is taking place from 4th - 6th March and will welcome the beginning of spring

Following the success of Glenapp Castle’s inaugural Woodland Wellness Retreat in November 2021, the hotel is excited to announce that it is continuing with its journey into wellness and partnering again with Barbara Griffin of Transform Body + Mind to launch its second retreat in March 2022.

Tucked away on the breath-taking Ayrshire coast in Scotland, sits Glenapp Castle. In addition to its beautiful location, the Castle is renowned for offering 65 indoor and outdoor activities. With 110 acres of private estate, beautiful gardens and local woodland, plus stunning views out to sea and the famous volcanic outcrop of Ailsa Craig. Glenapp Castle provides the perfect backdrop for this retreat.

What’s more, the retreat is taking place from 4th – 6th March and will welcome the beginning of spring. At this time, the countryside in Ayrshire slowly comes alive and the Glenapp Castle gardens will display beautiful flowers, including tulips, daffodils and magnolia.

There will also be a focus on meditation and mindfulness, growth mindset and life strategy sessions. Guests will also have the opportunity to learn and taste delicious and nutritious food. Indeed, Glenapp Castle’s Executive Chef, Joe Gould, will create delicious and nutritious breakfasts, lunches and dinners each day. Menus will encourage a more mindful eating approach.

We are committed to expanding our wellness offering here at the hotel, having recently added forest bathing, yoga and a digital detox day to our extensive activities and experiences programme. After active days out taking in the beauty of the estate, guests can retreat to the comfort of their bedrooms. With sumptuous beds and linens that are fit for a duke or duchess, elegant baths and glorious views of either the expansive gardens or Scottish isles, Glenapp Castle is looking forward to welcoming its guests on this retreat this March.
