Tel Aviv is a bustling city located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, with everything from an eclectic night life scene to classical art and substantial culture and heritage. Tel Aviv is therefore the perfect destination for this unique hotel opening, in which dynamic hotel chain Six Senses endeavours to re-purpose and preserve a set of 110-year-old buildings, built in the early days of Tel Aviv to house the Ahuzat Bayit settlement. This project has been described as the largest and most valued preservation project in the whole of Tel Aviv, and an incredibly exciting addition to Israel’s hospitality portfolio.

The Rothschild 10 Tower made up of a combination of heritage buildings and a modern 42-floor tower, will encompass both the Six Senses hotel as well as 55 private residences. Within the facilities of the tower there will include an expansive wellness and spa facility, with a holistic anti-ageing centre and dedicated spaces for reflection and meditation, alongside a sky pool and cocktail lounge on the 17th floor. The hotel’s focuses on wellness and sustainability are characterised by the tower’s LEED Platinum sustainability standards alongside their efforts to incorporate conservation with modern construction. The area within which the hotel is situated, Rothschild Boulevard, has even been labelled the ‘White City’ by UNESCO, due to its outstanding commitments to state-of-the-art planning and architecture in the 21st century.
