Ryanair to Fly Customers to Dublin Base for AI Survey

Customers from across Europe will be invited to share their views on how AI can further improve the Ryanair travel experience

Ryanair has announced that applications are now open for its 2026 Customer Panel – “The Role of AI in Travel”, which will take place on Thursday 10th September at Ryanair’s Airside head office in Dublin. Customers from across Europe will be invited to share their views on how AI can further improve the Ryanair travel experience.

Successful applicants will get a behind-the-scenes look at Ryanair’s latest digital and AI projects and will help shape future improvements to the customer journey.

Those selected will be flown to Ryanair’s Airside head office in Dublin for 2 nights to take part in the Customer Panel, where they will share their ideas and recommendations on how Ryanair can further enhance the customer experience in 2026 and beyond through the use of AI.

Interested applicants must submit their application before Sunday 19th July, with successful candidates notified that same day.

Ryanair’s Dara Brady, said:

“We’re delighted to open applications for our 2026 Customer Panel – ‘The Role of AI in Travel’, which gives our customers a real say in how we continue to improve the Ryanair experience.

As we grow towards 300m passengers by 2034, AI will play an increasingly important role in how we deliver faster, smarter, and more personalised services. This panel is a great opportunity for our customers to get involved, tell us what works (and what doesn’t), and even pitch their own ideas directly to our leadership team.”
