Ryanair Customers Unhappy with Airline’s Handling of Covid Crisis

55% of Ryanair customers said that the brand failed to live up to expectations when dealing with the Covid pandemic

According to a new survey, 55% of Ryanair customers are unhappy with how the airline dealt with the Covid-19 pandemic and the ensuing travel restrictions.

The airline was the worst-performing brand in the annual CXi Ireland Customer Experience Report.

According to the report, Ryanair and faced “significant challenges” as they dealt with customers who were unable to travel as airlines were virtually shut down.
