The coveted list, compiled by industry body, Hospitality Ulster in conjunction with a panel of top industry experts was unveiled at a prestigious ceremony at Titanic Belfast, hosted by comedian Tim McGarry and attended by VIP guests including boxing legend, Carl Frampton.
From Michelin starred restaurants and five-star hotels to buzzing city centre nightclubs, gastropubs, quaint country pubs and hotels, Hospitality Ulster’s Top 100 shines the spotlight on Northern Ireland hospitality at its best.
In recognition of the huge contribution of each and every winner, the Awards were presented in alphabetical order, with each winner receiving equal recognition for their role in driving forward industry standards.

“These Awards are unique as they are the only awards, awarded by the industry to the industry: recognising every sector of our industry, the diversity of our offer and the people who make our industry great.”
Hospitality Ulster’s Top 100 Hospitality Business Awards are the only industry recognised awards. Entries and nominations were vetted and shortlisted by Hospitality Ulster with help from a panel of industry experts.
The Awards were supported by partners, Coca-Cola, Counterpoint, Diageo, Dillon Bass, Heineken, Henderson Foodservice, Molson Coors, Richmond Marketing, Tennent’s NI, United Wine Merchants Ltd, Tourism Northern Ireland and media partners, Hospitality Review NI, Sunday Life and U105.
The honour and prestige of being named one of Northern Ireland’s Top 100 hospitality businesses wasn’t the only thing up for grabs on the night. The 100 winners were placed into a prize draw to win a range of great prizes. A place on a Mini MBA course at Queen’s University Belfast (sponsored by Queen’s University) was won by Pier 36 in Donaghadee; The Northern Whig in Belfast scooped a £2,000 marketing package on U105 (sponsored by U105) and Ruby’s in Larne won the use of a branded car for a year (sponsored by Donnelly Group and Towergate Insurance Brokers).
Funds raised on the night are being donated to The Benevolent, a charity that provides help and support to current and former employees of the drinks industry and their families.
