Princess Cruises has launched a new on-demand service which allows guests to summon a crew member to their exact shipboard location.
Jan Swartz, President of Princess Cruises said: “CrewCall significantly expands our MedallionClass service-on-demand capabilities allowing us to deliver high-touch, personalised service.
“It minimises wait time at our guest services desk while improving our responsiveness.”
The CrewCall service on demand call out is available on stateroom TVs as well as on the MedallionClass app on select ships.
CrewCall is part of the various TrulyTouchless innovations that will be available to guests when Princess returns to sailing from 25 July aboard Majestic Princess in Alaska, and during the UK ‘seacation’ sailings aboard Regal Princess starting 31 July.
