Palladium Hotel Group Offers Guests Free Medical Assistance Insurance

All Palladium Hotel Group guests will benefit from a new medical assistance service, completely free of charge, to ensure peace of mind when booking the group's hotels

All Palladium Hotel Group guests will benefit from the new service, completely free of charge, to ensure peace of mind when booking the group’s hotels.

Palladium Hotel Group will offer its guests free health care insurance for the duration of their stay at any of the group’s properties that are re-opening in Spain from the end of June. Created as part of Palladium Hotel Group’s commitment to take care of its guests at all times, the insurance is available to all guests – both those that book direct and through tour operators or travel agents.

Insurance will be available at properties in Spain that the group is opening from 26 June: Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa, Agroturismo Sa Talaia, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, Bless Hotel Ibiza, Palladium Hotel Costa del Sol and Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife.

Launching in collaboration with risk management company Materh, which has advised Palladium Hotel Group to contract a policy designed by InterMundial with the support of Europ Assistance, the new initiative will mean guests are protected against any unforeseen circumstances related to the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Guests staying at Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa, Agroturismo Sa Talaia, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, Bless Hotel Ibiza, Palladium Hotel Costa del Sol and Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife will be insured for any incident directly related to Covid-19 that may appear during their stay. This includes covering expenses such as medical and hospital costs, transfers or stay extension.

Sergio Zertuche, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Palladium Hotel Group, says: “Our highest priority as a hotel group has always been to take care of our customers. The current situation that the world is going through has made us all adapt to a new reality. With this new insurance product, we hope that our customers will continue to put their trust in Palladium Hotel Group and are reassured and confident in choosing us for their holidays.”

The introduction of medical assistance insurance complements Palladium Hotel Group’s new health and safety protocol, which is being implemented in partnership with SGS – the global leader in inspection, verification, analysis and certification, to guarantee that its hotels continue to be safe environments.

This new measure applies to the properties in Spain that Palladium Hotel Group plans to open from 26 June.
The first to open is Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa, located on Ibiza’s Playa d’en Bossa, on 26 June. This will be followed by Agroturismo Sa Talaia, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and Bless Hotel Ibiza, which plan to open on 8 and 10 July respectively.

These openings will be joined by Palladium Hotel Costa del Sol, in Benalmádena, Malaga, on 16 July, and Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife on 30 July.

In preparation for the start of the summer season, Palladium Hotel Group is creating various leisure, gastronomic and wellness experiences to ensure all guests enjoy a much-awaited holiday in some of Spain’s best destinations.
