All three airports across Northern Ireland are due to share a multi-million pound support package.

Belfast City Airport and Belfast International Airport are due to share in a £10 million funding package while the City of Derry Airport will receive £1.2 million in funding.

Stormont Finance Minister Conor Murphy said his department is in the process of implementing a £10 million package of support for the two Belfast airports, while Infrastructure Minister Nichola Mallon confirmed she is providing £1.2 million for the City of Derry Airport.

Mr Murphy said: “Keeping the airports open is the first step to supporting the businesses that work with them.”
