Ursula von der Leyen, President of the EU Commission has issued a statement in a video on Twitter which outlines new measures and proposals with regard to EU travel in the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak, including a temporary restriction on non-essential travel to the EU for 30 days, which may be extended if necessary.
