The Northern Ireland Travel Trade have come together in support of local mental health charity, Lighthouse Charity Belfast.
Hosted by NI Travel News, members from the travel trade, along with friends and family, joined at the Crowne Plaza, Belfast for an afternoon tea to raise awareness and vital funds for a worthy charity.
Lighthouse is an organisation committed to the prevention of suicide; the promotion of positive mental health and the provision of support services to families who have been bereaved due to suicide.
Guests enjoyed a sparkling wine reception followed by afternoon tea courtesy of The Crowne Plaza, where guests listened to local singer Harry McGarrity. Guests in the room also received new styling tips and colour styling from Suzanne Robinson, a personal stylist. The day came to a close with a raffle which featured over 25 prizes which were donated to the event from companies across Northern Ireland.
In total, £4,462.50 was raised at the event, with all funds going directly to Lighthouse Charity Belfast
