NI Tourism Alliance welcomes the Finance Minister’s decision to stop Reval 2026 highlighting its importance for the hospitality and tourism sector.

The NITA said they will continue to liaise with the Minister to support the development of a fair rating system that encourages investment, protects jobs and strengthens Northern Ireland’s competitiveness.

Chair of NITA, Joe O’ Neill, said tourism is one of Northern Ireland’s most important drivers of economic growth, supporting jobs and investment in every council area.“A business rates system that is fair and proportionate is essential to ensuring tourism and hospitality businesses can continue to invest, grow and compete with other UK regions and the Republic of Ireland,’’
