From opening in 1986 to becoming a multi-award-winning family business, Mckeever Hotels celebrate their past achievements and look forward to future growth and development.

Over forty years, the Group have seen successful growth with a 600 strong team spanned across seven hotels in Northern Ireland.

The forty year milestone runs alongside the Groups introduction of their strategic plan which includes continued investment, expansion, performance and sustainability to take place over the next five years.

EugeneMcKeever, Founder of Mckeever Hotels said, “We’re always focused on the future and how we build and develop our business model, but we can’t do so without reflecting on our past. This milestone simply wouldn’t have been achieved without the dedication and commitment of our best-in-class team, as well as the trust and support of our guests, partners and the communities where we are based.”

To honor their 40th anniversary the McKeever family have captured their story with a video explaining their business journey. The group has also acknowledged their customer’s support, asking them to share their experiences with photographs and videos to be displayed in a McKeever Memory Lane.

Catherine McKeever, Chair of Community and Social Engagement said, “Our hotels are all about people, community and connections”

“Our 40th creates the opportunity to recognise this and ensure our local communities continue to be actively involved in our celebrations.”

Robin Swann MP for South Antrim has submitted an Early Day Motion to the House of Commons to ensure the McKeever’s success is formally recorded. He said,

“Reaching four decades of excellence within the Northern Ireland hospitality sector is an excellent achievement and a testament to your vision, hard work and entrepreneurship. I wish you all continued success and growth for the future.”
