New Virtual Cruise Experience from CMV

Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) have launched a new range of Destination Spotlight films in their CMV at Home series

Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) have launched a new range of Destination Spotlight films in their CMV at Home series. Each week CMV invites people to tune in to CMV TV, their highly acclaimed online channel, to view the featured destination starting this week with the British Isles.

The CMV at Home series features a range of films designed to enable passengers to emulate the CMV experience in their own homes and the new destination spotlight films will bring to life CMV’s cruise programme. For passengers who have sailed with CMV before, the company hope that the videos will bring back memories of cruising and inspire everyone to look forward to cruising with CMV in the future.

Lisa Jacobs, CMV Sales Director, said “We believe that these videos will assist agents at this time. If agents are not open, it’s easy for them to email the link to a customer to help convey the CMV experience and encourage them to book.”

The destination spotlight series begins with the British Isles. Throughout lockdown we’ve fallen in love with the beauty of the British Isles in Spring. CMV’s unique British Isles itineraries sail to more remote, far-flung islands, iconic cities and charming coastal towns offering a fantastic opportunity to explore some of the best of both Britain and Ireland. An 11-night Round Britain cruise on board Magellan sails from Newcastle 30 May 2021.

The new series also features the Norwegian Fjords, sailing in the fjords is to sail on mirror-calm waters surrounded by snow-capped peaks, soaring mountains and stunning waterfalls cascading over rugged, near vertical cliffs. Ashore, spectacular railway journeys through wild, unspoiled valleys and thrilling mountain roads snaking up impossibly steep slopes promise truly awe-inspiring scenery. A 7-night Majestic Fjordland cruise sailing on board Marco Polo from London Tilbury 23 April 2021.
