The entry and stay conditions for the islands of Tahiti have been updated

The entry and stay conditions for the islands of Tahiti have been updated.

The following changes have been implemented:

FOR VACCINATED TRAVELLER

  • Vaccinated travellers from the UK are now allowed to travel to The Islands of Tahiti
  • For those who have had the Pfizer, Moderna or  Astrazeneca vaccine, must be fully vaccinated for seven days prior to departure to The Islands of Tahiti
  • For those who have has the Janssen vaccine, must be fully vaccinated for 28 days prior to departure to The Islands of Tahiti

* Please note that currently mainland France is rated as ‘Amber Plus’ meaning that any visitor returning from The Islands of Tahiti and passing through France on their way to the UK must quarantine for 10 days and take tests on the second and eighth day of quarantining. Under the Test to Release scheme travellers can choose to pay for a private COVID-19 test on day five. If the result is negative (and the result of the travellers day two test result was negative or inconclusive) then they can end their quarantine.
