Negative Covid Test Still Required for The Islands of Tahiti

The Islands of Tahiti, located in French Polynesia, are still requesting proof of a negative Covid-19 test for entry

As of 13 June 2022, the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) no longer requires air passengers (vaccinated or not) travelling from a foreign country to the United States to show a negative COVID-19 viral test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before they board their flight.

However, while the United States no longer requires testing on its territory, French Polynesia requires that unvaccinated travellers over 12 years of age coming from a country classified as a green or orange zone and going to French Polynesia still need to perform an RT-PCR test less than 72 hours or an antigen test in less than 48 hours prior to departure.
