The Biden administration has now declared monkeypox a public health emergency.Cases continue to rise across the US and states including California and Illinois have already issued emergency notices.
Monkeypox has been reported in 48 states across the USA with only Montana and Wyoming monkeypox-free.
The World Health Organization declared it an emergency last month.
Despite the fast-growing number of cases, there haven’t been any confirmed deaths reported in the US.
