The Travellers’ Choice Awards are determined based on “the quality and quantity of the millions of reviews, opinions and ratings collected on TripAdvisor in 2019, prior to the pandemic,” the online travel giant says.

Monart Destination Spa reopened just this week on August 3rd following temporary closure due to COVID19. All safety measures are in place at the Destination Spa featuring an emphasis on world-class hygiene, appropriate staff PPE, ample sanitisation stations and social distancing measures.
