We recently changed our policy for monetary gift cards; these no longer have an expiry date. This is applicable for all monetary gift cards purchased from 2015 onwards. All e-gift experiences will be honoured until the 30th November 2020. After this time, they may be exchanged for a service equivalent to their monetary value at the manager’s discretion.
