Travel Solutions, Northern Ireland’s largest winter ski tour operator, highlighted an increase in new ski bookings over the past week.
Ski Manager, Roberto Comsa, explained: “We always see a drop in new ski bookings over the summer months, with skiers only starting to think about their winter holiday at the end of the summer. However, as result of missing out on last years season, and the continued uncertainty about summer holidays, many are now very keen to ensure they get their winter holiday booked.”
Roberto continued: “New bookings over the past seven to ten days have certainty increased on the same period last year and we are now moving towards a situation where some of our departures are close to selling out. We have already added extra flights, but demand is going to out-strip availability and we urge those thinking of a winter ski break to book soon to avoid disappointment.”
