Jet2holidays has won a Gold Trusted Service award and Jet2.com has scooped a Trusted Service award.
After booking a flight with leading leisure airline Jet2.com, or a package holiday with the UK’s second largest tour operator Jet2holidays, customers can leave a rating out of five on Feefo by following a link that is provided on the booking confirmation.
Currently Jet2holidays holds a 4.7 score based on 900 reviews over the past 12 months, meaning the package holiday specialist has received a Gold Trusted Service award – which is Feefo’s most prestigious accreditation. Jet2.com holds a 4.2 score based on more than 400 reviews over the past 12 months, meaning the leading leisure airline has received a Trusted Service accolade.
The accolades are an independent seal of excellence that recognise businesses for delivering exceptional booking experiences, as rated by real customers.
