The UK tour operator and airline scooped the award at this week's UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, hosted by the Institute of Customer Service

Jet2 has been named the best company in the UK for providing an outstanding customer experience, in recognition of its commitment to delivering a VIP customer service.

The UK tour operator and airline scooped the award at this week’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, hosted by the Institute of Customer Service.

As well as helping to drive growth, such as the launch of flights and holidays from London Gatwick later this month, this strategy has also resulted in the company’s winning multiple accolades, such as best airline and best tour operator according to the Institute of Customer Service’s UK Customer Satisfaction Index, as well as being recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider across eight categories.
