The Jet2 Charter team have announced the launch of a brand-new product, featuring the first ever Jet2 aircraft fitted with a business class layout.
Available to book now for travel from October 2026 until May 2027, the Boeing 737-800NG, which is normally configured in a 189-seat layout, will offer 76 business class seats, meaning a minimum of 43 inches of legroom throughout.
This is the first time that Jet2 has configured an aircraft in this specification, meaning a significant development for charter customers.
Those charter customers will also benefit from a premium experience onboard the aircraft, including upgraded catering which can be tailored to customer needs.
Jet2 has launched this brand-new charter product in response to demand from its growing customer base, particularly clients requiring privacy, comfort, flexibility and an elevated travel experience.
Trevor Caplis, Head of Charter & Airline Sales at Jet2, said:
“This is an incredibly exciting development, both for Jet2 and for our charter customers. The bespoke configuration of one of our Boeing 737-800NG aircraft so that it features a dedicated business class specification is a genuine game changer and we expect it to be popular with our sports, music, entertainment and specialist group customers. As a result of this brand-new product, our charter customers can now enjoy all the usual operational and cost-effective benefits of Jet2, but with the added benefit of a premium charter product too.”
