Jet2.com Serves up Smiles this Random Acts of Kindness Day

One lucky child will also soon find a golden ticket in their meal box, entitling them to a free family holiday

Jet2.com is celebrating its new children’s meal boxes being served onboard for the first time, by handing out complimentary meals to youngsters on flights this Random Acts of Kindness Day (Monday 17th February).

Children heading off on a February half-term holiday today will be given even more reason to smile, as the family-friendly airline will be giving away brand-new meal boxes, from all nine of its UK bases, to a select number of kids. The lucky children will be randomly selected onboard flights taking off on Random Acts of Kindness Day and handed a meal box while flying with the award-winning airline.

On top of this, one lucky winner will soon find a golden ticket in their meal box, entitling them to a free family holiday.

They will be sky-high with excitement as they will receive a delicious hot meal of either the All Day Breakfast, Crispy Chicken Strips, Macaroni Cheese or Sausage and Mash served in the new meal box, which is 100 percent recyclable. Other tasty snacks will also be in the box, including Cadbury’s Chocolate Buttons, Goodies Mini Cheese Crackers, Fruit Bowl Strawberry Peeler and Pip Organic Blackcurrant, Raspberry and Apple Fruity Water.

Helping to keep them entertained and make time fly, the new meal boxes also contain an activity pack and colouring pencils. Little ones can choose from a range of fun activities including colouring in, making their way through a maze, drawing a selfie, testing their concentration or playing the alphabet game.

In November last year, Jet2.com announced that it was making mealtimes in the sky fun by launching these brand-new meal boxes for children. The February half-term marks the first time that the airline has served the new meal boxes onboard.
