Broadway is set change the guidelines regarding masks in the auditorium.
All 41 Broadway theatres in New York are set to adopt an optional mask-wearing policy.
From July 1st, the Broadway Theatre mask mandate will be lifted for a trial month period.
Following the one month trial period, the Broadway League trade association will monitor case levels and results. Subsequently after, face coverings will no longer be mandatory and it will be up to individual choice.
