Whilst each Ikos Resort offers distinct characteristics inspired by its local surroundings, under the concept of “Philoxenia”, all resorts offer guests the same unrivalled five-star personalised service and cordial Greek hospitality, where guests are treated like family from the moment they arrive.
At each of the resorts’ expanding portfolio of luxury beachfront properties, guests will continue to enjoy spectacular experiences across the Local Discovery and Dine Out concepts as well as the ultimate Unconditional Luxury all-inclusive offerings for which the brand is famed. Expansive new villas and suites at Ikos Andalusia
Ikos Resorts’ invitation to “Discover Philoxenia” will be complemented by the 2024 opening of its most spacious accommodation yet – the new Deluxe Four-Bedroom Villas with Private Pools at Ikos Andalusia, Deluxe Collection. The new villas – the first on the Iberian Peninsula and the jewel in the crown of Ikos Andalusia – will offer guests unparalleled comfort and exclusive in-suite privileges overlooking the sparkling Spanish shores. Sleeping up to nine people and perfect for families or groups of friends looking for the ultimate hideaway, the elegant villas will offer the highest level of privacy and sophistication.
Ikos Andalusia, which opened in 2021 in Marbella-Estepona, Spain, will see its luxurious expansion complete in 2024. This will also include the opening of Deluxe Three-Bedroom Suites with a Private Pool as well as Deluxe Two-Bedroom Penthouse Suites in the resort’s Deluxe Collection beachfront area. The Three-Bedroom Suite will offer families of up to seven the ultimate space to unwind in style with en-suite bathrooms, a living room and a dining area as well as views of the crystalline waters from the large, sun-dappled terrace complete with an outdoor dining area, private garden, pool and sun loungers. Here, guests will be able to soak up exquisite views of the Mediterranean in their own private haven. The ultimate two-bedroom Penthouse Suite is a serene sanctuary flooded with natural light and offers tastefully designed interiors complete with understated furnishings.
A New Era at Ikos Olivia
Guests at Ikos Olivia, Halkidiki will also see the beginnings of a stylish two-phase renovation in 2024, transforming the resort with stylish refurbishment and elevated charm. New tranquil gardens and an elegantly redesigned lobby and reception area will evoke calm and relaxation as soon as guests step foot in the resort, which is set within 22 acres of verdant greenery along the white sands of the Gulf of Toroneos. In addition to its already remarkable gastronomic offering, Ikos Olivia’s five new restaurants have been renovated with delicious new menus, and the resort will also open the doors to The Garden Restaurant – a vibrant new casual dining experience. The brand new Potami Bar promises to become the new ‘go to’ destination as it makes even more of its beautiful setting next to the riverlet gently making its way through the resort and the Deluxe area will offer a magical new ambience, as its renovated sunset deck and bar is unveiled. Looking towards 2025, Ikos Olivia will reveal yet further captivating offerings as the resort launches phase two of its renovations, including an entire room refurbishment.
An Expanding Portfolio
The exclusive expansion of Ikos Andalusia and the much-anticipated transformation of Ikos Olivia are just the latest developments in the expansion of the Ikos Resorts portfolio, which saw the opening of two new properties – Ikos Odisia in Corfu and Ikos Porto Petro in Mallorca – in 2023.
