Icelandic flight operator PLAY are set to launch flights from Dublin to Reykjavik, Iceland’s capital, from late April next year.
Three flights per week will take place from the emerald isle, adding Ireland to the long list of European destinations already within the airlines flight schedule.
The airline also recently released flights to Brussels and Madrid, with these scheduled to take place from summer 2022.
Speaking on the airlines recent success, Birgir Jónsson, CEO of PLAY said:
“It’s really enjoyable to add more destinations in Europe that will strengthen our route schedule. We are confident that these destinations will boost PLAY´s operations and that our flights between Iceland and these cities will be popular among those living there.”
