room2 Belfast is calling for members of Belfast’s vibrant artistic community to display their work in a new gallery space. Local creatives who are passionate about sustainability and art are invited to enter for the chance to showcase their masterpieces in the ‘One Home’ Art Gallery; a fresh exhibition space, right in the centre of the city.
room2 Belfast is the latest opening from award-winning real estate investor and developer Lamington Group and will be the city’s first hometel, offering 175 rooms, four collaborative event spaces, a trendy restaurant and bar, a delightful tea experience room and a welcoming lobby. The Hometel’s design aims to exude the wit and charm of its people and embrace the city’s lively music and art culture, inviting guests to discover playful, locally crafted pieces that forge a deep connection between its guests and the vibrant heartbeat of Belfast.
All aspects of the Hometel have been designed to reflect Lamington Group’s commitment to a greener future. The brand aims to empower others to live sustainably and create a way of living that promotes caring for the planet, the home and the self.
As such, any submitted works must incorporate these beliefs of our planet, our home, our ‘One Home’ and room2’s mission to decarbonise our home, reduce waste and care for our people and their happiness.
