Heading to Ibiza? You May Need a COVID-19 Certificate

Holidaymakers heading to Ibiza could be required to provide a certificate to prove that they are not infected with the Covid-19 virus

Holidaymakers heading to Ibiza could be required to provide a certificate to show they are not infected with the Covid-19 virus.

Vicent Mari, President of Ibiza’s Island Council, said the requirement for holidaymakers to show they were not infected by the coronavirus would be “elemental” in helping the Balearic island to reopen safely to tourists.

Mari told local news outlets in Ibiza that the Spanish government should insist visitors carry a Covid-19 free certificate when they arrive on the island.
