The Christmas video, entitled ‘The Lost Decorations’ and epitomising the excitement, anticipation, and hustle and bustle of Christmas, features some familiar faces from across Galgorm Collection, as they prepare for the festive season. Clara Duffy, Receptionist at Galgorm is seen arriving to the hotel with determination and eagerness to begin the festive decorating that everyone has been waiting for. To her horror, she opens the doors of the storeroom and the countless boxes of decorations have been rummaged through and emptied, with no traces of where they went! Clara phones her Galgorm Collection counterparts; Lynsey Gordon at The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat in Templepatrick, and Charlotte McClean at The Old Inn in Crawfordsburn; and discovers they are experiencing a similar challenge.
