France Removes Testing For Vaccinated UK Arrivals

The French Government have announced that fully-vaccinated travellers from the United Kingdom can now enter France without a Covid-19 test result

The French Government have announced that fully-vaccinated travellers from the United Kingdom can now enter France without providing a Covid-19 test result.

Therefore, travellers entering France will not be required to test so long as they are fully-vaccinated according to current European regulations.

This change comes into effect immediately, following the United Kingdom’s removal of travel testing on Friday 11 February.

However, unvaccinated travellers from the United Kingdom will still be required to present a post-arrival negative covid-19 result. With an isolation period mandatory if the traveller tests positive.

Currently, unvaccinated travellers arriving in France are also required to provide a ‘compelling reason’ for their travel into the country.
