France is expected to relax its travel ban on UK travellers.

Following a government meeting on Wednesday 6 January, Gabriel Attal, the French Government’s spokesperson stated that the list of current acceptable reasons for entry to France is set to be increased.

Currently, UK Travellers are banned from travelling into France, with exceptions for those travelling with exceptional circumstances. This travel ban was put in place on December 18th.

While this travel ban still remains in place, the French Government is expected to announce relaxations to the UK travel ban over the coming days.
