MSC Cruises has revealed new details of a Pan-Asian dining concept set to launch on board MSC World Asia.
Three dining experiences in one venue will include a specialty restaurant, relaxed dining with curated Pan-Asian dishes, a bar and lounge, southeast Asian-inspired cocktails and beverages and complimentary on-the-go offering, quick, street food-style bites.
This integrated concept gives guests greater flexibility and choice throughout the day whether they are seeking a full dining experience, a relaxed drink, or a quick bite between activities.
Inspired by Southeast Asian street food, the venue combines food, design, music and live cooking to create a multi-sensory environment.
From aromatic Singapore-style prawns, shiitake mushroom fried rice, and flavourful wok-fired specialities, the experience unfolds through immersive décor, bold artwork, a curated soundtrack and live kitchen energy – each element designed to engage the senses and transport guests to the heart of Southeast Asia’s vibrant food scenes.
Stéphane Franchini, Senior Director Food & Beverage Product, MSC Cruises, said:
“With this new three-in-one venue, we are inviting guests to explore one of the world’s most exciting food cultures in a way that is vibrant, welcoming and full of flavour. From the diverse range of dishes to the atmosphere of the space and the expertise of Chefs Xiao Wang and Luca Césarini, every detail has been carefully designed to create a truly immersive culinary journey. It reflects our ambition to offer greater choice, seamless convenience and more memorable moments through food.”
