Emirates has resumed flights for customers in Ireland with the first flight departing Dublin Airport (DUB) to Dubai International Airport (DXB) today (June 17), reconnecting people and businesses in Ireland to 30 destinations currently on Emirates’ growing network. The airline is operating twice-weekly services between Dubai and Dublin as part of a measured and phased approach to flight resumptions.
The twice weekly Boeing 777-300ER flights to DUB will operate every Wednesday and Saturday, with the inbound flight departing DXB at 7:15 local time and arriving in DUB at 12:05 local time. The outbound flight will depart DUB at 14:05 local time and arrive in DXB at 00:45 the following day.
This expansion of services allows Irish customers to fly to destinations in the Asia Pacific, including Australia, with a convenient connection in Dubai. However, with travel restrictions remaining in place in many countries, customers are reminded to check entry and exit requirements before travelling.
