Israeli airline, El Al, launches the first direct flight from Dublin, Ireland to Tel Aviv, Israel today (23 March). With plans to operate three flight routes weekly, from Dublin to Tel Aviv, it will be the first nonstop service between the two countries.
New business opportunities will be established for both countries as a result of the new flight route, particularly due to the growing relationship between the two high-tech sectors. Flights are scheduled to operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, with a flight time of approximately six hours. Using a Boeing 737, the flight route will offer both economy and business class with full on-board service.
