Fifth + Broadway Brings a New Retail, Cultural and Entertainment Venue to Nashville

Fifth + Broadway will quickly become the new “heart and soul” of downtown Nashville

On 4 March 2021 Fifth + Broadway, one of the largest and most transformational mixed-use developments in Nashville’s history, will see the opening of retail, dining, cultural and entertainment venues like no other. Fifth + Broadway will quickly become the new “heart and soul” of downtown Nashville.

Located across from the Ryman Auditorium and Bridgestone Arena, at the crossroads of one of the South’s busiest and most iconic hubs, the Fifth + Broadway 6.2-acre site was once home to the city’s Convention Center.  Fifth + Broadway seamlessly provides the opportunity to live, work, and play all in one city block location. The residential tower and office tower portion of the project have already opened.

Fifth + Broadway has approximately 200,000 square feet of restaurants and retail, representing a dynamic mix of local legends that have made Music City a world class destination as well as some of the nation’s most exciting brands and eateries. Their new home is next to the first ever National Museum of African American Music which is now open to the public.
Nashville has evolved into a hub for fashion designers making Fifth + Broadway a shopping mecca with a combination of national retailers along with an array of eclectic shops. All are clustered around an open-air street that will feature a variety of shopping experiences from global brands to local artisans and creative designers.

Joining an already amazing Nashville culinary scene, a total of 112,000 square feet of space will be devoted to culinary experiences which will include everything from signature restaurants, downtown diners, rustic farm-to-table bistros, cafes and lounges. The 50,000 square foot Assembly Food Hall with chef-driven outlets will include indoor and outdoor communal tables. The European-style market will include a curated menu of casual dining and takeaway foods from very popular local eateries, as well as a hip coffee bistro and wine bar.

The Rooftop Dining Terrace and Entertainment Deck which overlooks the historic Ryman Auditorium, Lower Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena will hold up to 2,000 people, making it the place to see and be seen in Nashville.

The first and only National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM) is where visitors will discover the many connections and influences that African Americans have had on all types of music. From classical to country to jazz and hip-hop, NMAAM integrates history and interactive technology to share the untold story of more than 50 music genres and subgenres telling a unique narrative through the lens of black music.

And for those who know a day will not be enough at Fifth + Broadway, they can book their Nashville stay at the newly renovated Renaissance Nashville which is a luxury haven situated in the heart of Nashville and attached to Fifth + Broadway. The hotel offers two restaurants, a pool, fitness center and 103,000+ square feet of meeting and event space.
