Explore Europe in 2021 with APT’s Two New Contemporary Ships

APT launches Europe 2021 pre-release brochure with exciting details of its two new contemporary style river ships

APT has unveiled its new Europe and Russia river cruise brochure for 2021 departures. It features two brand new ships, new Balkans itineraries including a new river cruise on the AmaMagna and shorter offerings along the Danube.

NEW! Introducing the Capella and Vega to the Travelmarvel family
The two new contemporary river ships will cruise along the Rhine, Main and Danube operating on APT’s Essential European Gems and new Balkans itineraries. The new ships feature a two and a half deck design, allowing maximum access to the ship’s Sun Deck throughout the cruise. Guests will be able to enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar, find a shady spot to unwind at the terrace garden, or go for a dip in the heated whirlpool. With the stunning views in mind, both the main restaurant and True North Lounge feature floor to-ceiling panoramic windows. What’s more, the True North Lounge’s bi-folding windows open out to the front veranda, allowing for uninterrupted airflow and outdoor access. An onboard gym, putting green, walking track and bicycles are available for those wanting to keep up their fitness.

The brand-new Contemporary Class Ships also feature a more casual dining and social area, McGeary’s Bar. Here, guests will be able to enjoy hearty pub-style meals or enjoy an onboard beer. Relaxing has never been easier.  And finally, designed specifically for a coffee loving audience – a barista available for your espresso experience over breakfast! The contemporary river ships will join the Travelmarvel Polaris, which is set to make its inaugural sailing in April 2020.

NEW! More offering on the Balkans
Following the success of Jane McDonald cruising on APT’s Balkan Gems itinerary last year, APT have introduced four more river cruises along this lower stretch of the Danube. Guests can choose ultimate luxury with everything included aboard the remarkable AmaMagna on the new 8-day Balkan Explorer.

While the new Travelmarvel contemporary ships offer a fresh, modern stay with iconic sites included as well as the chance explore independently. Guests can opt for the 15-day Essential Best of the Balkans, or the choice of two shorter eight day river cruises.

NEW! Eight day Danube Luxury River Cruises
For those looking to take a shorter trip down the Danube, APT are now offering two shorter itineraries, with the new Highlights of the Rhine and Main between Amsterdam and Nuremberg. Or head to the lower Danube for a cruise from Budapest to Nuremberg with the Danube Discovery, which features the exclusive Grand Empress steam train Signature Experience, also seen on cruising with Jane McDonald.
