Emirates Host Rugby World Cup Preview with Wayne Barnes and Tommy Bowe

Just ahead of the 2019 Rugby World Cup taking place in Japan from September 20 to November 2, Emirates hosted a morning with Tommy Bowe and Wayne Barnes

Rugby World Cup (RWC) season kicked off today with a preview of the Rugby World Cup 2019 with Emirates, Wayne Barnes and Tommy Bowe at the Merrion Hotel in Dublin.

This year’s RWC will be held in Japan.

Emirates first sponsored the RWC 2007 in France, then became a Worldwide Partner for RWC in 2011, 2015 and no the tournament in Japan 2019.

Rugby has been part of the Emirates’ portfolio for more than 20 years, since the company because the Title Sponsor of the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens, part of the HSBC Sevens World Series. Emirates is also proud to sponsor the Cape Town Sevens, the first event of the 2019/2020 Series.

Ireland will kick off its first match against Scotland in Sunday September 22.
