In a latest statement from Emirates, the airline have stated that, “Following the partial re-opening of regional airspace, Emirates is operating a reduced flight schedule while working to restore full network operations. The airline anticipates a return to 100% of its network within the coming days, subject to airspace availability and the fulfilment of all operational requirements.”
The airline said it carried around 30,000 passengers out of Dubai yesterday and expects to run 106 daily return flights to 83 destinations by 7 March.
In the UK, Emirates plans to operate 11 daily flights across five airports, along with additional capacity to India with Emirates scaling up to 22 daily flights, serving all nine of its Indian gateways by tomorrow 7 March.
Emirates said it continues to monitor the situation closely and are anticipating to restore its full network in the coming days, subject to airspace availability and operational requirements. Safety and customer care remain the airline’s top priorities.
