EasyJet Holidays is expanding its holiday offerings as it welcomes its first customers to the Red Sea resorts with the launch of packages to Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada.
It is the first UK holiday provider to take customers back to Egypt, and had originally planned to start in winter 2020, but that had to be delayed due to the pandemic.
Dean Thomas, easyJet holidays’ Head of Customer Operations said: “We announced our Egypt holidays a long time ago and we’re really excited to be here greeting our first customers.”
“We’ve had a fantastic response already from the customers we met and we’re seeing and hearing the excitement of others who are travelling.”
