Starting June 22, the new service will operate twice a week on A320 aircraft, which seats up to 186 passengers. Flights will be available throughout the year with fares starting from £27.71.
Venice becomes the second Italian destination added to the Belfast network in as many months, following the launch of a route to Naples in December 2017.
easyJet now offers 32 routes from Belfast and continues to expand at its base in Northern Ireland. The airline added three new routes to the network in recent months and will add a sixth aircraft to the base, which is due for delivery in June 2018.

easyJet has flown over 50 million passengers since it launched operations from Belfast over 18 years ago, and over four million passengers in financial year 2017.
The airline continues to be the largest carrier serving Northern Ireland, operating over 70 per cent of flights from Belfast International Airport and almost 50 per cent of all commercial passenger traffic across Northern Ireland.
