Downe Travel is celebrating 35 years of business today (1st April 2026,) marking the occasion with an in-store celebration, attended by customers, travel industry figures, suppliers, and friends.
Reflecting on the success of the last 35 years, Paul Gallagher, Director of Downe Travel highlighted, “we are absolutely delighted to be celebrating 35 years in business. Thank you to all of our staff and customers past and present who have made this possible.”
A momentous anniversary, Downe Travel first opened back in 1991 and has since been celebrated numerous times throughout the travel industry, recognised as Northern Ireland Travel Agent of the Year back in 2017 & 2023.
Looking forward to the future, Paul continued, “Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our story so far and we are excited for what is yet to come.”
