Cruise Canada’s Greatest Waterways

CroisiEurope is introducing its first-ever Canada cruise on the mighty St Lawrence River and Lake Ontario, exploring Canada’s earliest European settlements and taking in the spectacular scenery of the Thousand Islands and the majestic Niagara Falls

This unique ten-day cruise from Quebec to Toronto aboard the MS Jacques Cartier takes guests to Trois-Rivières, Montreal, Ottawa, The Thousand Islands, Prince Edward County and Kingston with optional excursions to Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, the CN Tower in Toronto and an authentic sugar shack on a maple farm.

Highlights include:

  • Cruising on the Saint Lawrence River, through the magical Thousand Islands and on Lake Ontario
  • Visits to the historical centres of Quebec, Montreal, Toronto and Kingston
  • Tasting of local wines and delicacies including maple products in Trois-Rivieres, smoked meats in Montreal, Prince Edward County’s cheddar cheese and beer trail and Canada’s famous ice wine.
  • Getting acquainted with Canadian history, from the first settlements to the present day.
  • Discovering the majestic wilderness surrounding the Niagara Falls.

The cruise takes place on a brand new ship, the 68-guest MS Jacques Cartier, which features 34 en-suite cabins with windows or French balconies, a dining room, lounge bar, large sun deck with deck chairs, a sauna, hot tubs and a massage room.

In 2018 departures are between August and October and between June and October in 2019, with cruise only prices starting from £2,746 per person to include the ten-day cruise with all on-board meals, some drinks, some excursions and all port fees. 2018 departures: August 3, 12 and 28; and October 16 and 25. 2019 departures: June 16 and 25; July 4 and 13; August 31; September 9, 18 and 27; and October 6 and 15.
