China Specialist to Help Travellers with New Visa Applications

Leading China and Asia travel specialists, Wendy Wu, have launched a new service, in conjunction with the Chinese Embassy, to make the application process for a China travel visa considerably easier when new legislation kicks in from April 3, 2018

From this date the application process will be considerably harder as all current application methods and forms will be invalid as a new system takes over.

Speaking on this new legislation, Brian Hynes, Operations Manager at Wendy Wu said: “This new legislation represents a major change in the China visa application process as from April3 all current Chinese visa applications and forms will no longer be accepted and will be categorically refused by the Embassy.

“Currently 99 per cent of the visa applications received by Wendy Wu are completed by hand using the current process and so, as you can expect, this drastic change in legislation is going to have considerable repercussions for our agents and customers.”

To counter this and dramatically simplify the application process the China specialist is launching a new online China visa form for agents and customers. By working closely with the Chinese Embassy, Wendy Wu has pre-empted all the necessary application requirements and created a very simple pre-completed online form which is fully compliant with the new legislation.

Brian Hynes added: “We know this new legislation will be problematic for agents and customers and so we’ve made the application process very easy by taking care of all the complexity in advance and creating a very simple online form which only requires customers to complete their personal travel information and contact details.”
Wendy Wu says they are actively advising all agents and customers of the new China visa legislation.
