The UK arm of the popular family fun resort Center Parcs’ has gone up for sale.
The portfolio includes five UK parks and one in Ireland.
Owner Brookfield Property Partners has been actively seeking a buyer with a price tag set at £5bn.
Brookfield bought the business for £2.4bn in 2015.
It is a profitable business again after the pandemic earning £66m in 2022 on revenue of £503m.
