Pressure has been steadily growing on the Civil Aviation Authority to keep its word regarding refund credit notes, and provide clarity on whether credit notes issued after 30 September will have ATOL protection.
The Civil Aviation Authority will reportedly make an announcement regarding this next week.
In July, the CAA issued guidance stating that RCNs would benefit from ATOL protection up until 30 September 2021 if they were issued between 10 March and 30 September.
